Do you know lack of sleep causes different ailments?

Yes! It may cause. Let’s discuss this without wasting your precious time.

Sometimes we forget to sleep because of work without worrying about health. When we do hard work in any field, we always give our 100%. At that time, we forget to sleep because we intend to succeed in a particular area as early as possible.

In other words, you know lack of sleep causes different types of cancer like cancer of the breast, cancer of the bowel, and cancer of the prostate. World health organization (WHO) considers that there is a strong relationship between disease and sleep. 

Lack of sleep makes you feel ill. The illness causes insomnia. Insomnia means when a person with insomnia finds it difficult to stay asleep.

There are two types of insomnia.

1. Primary insomnia: – Primary insomnia means when a person faces only sleep problems that are not associated with any health problems.

2. Secondary insomnia: – Secondary insomnia says when a person faces sleep problems because of health conditions like asthma, cancer, depression, or any substance they are using like alcohol.   

Lack of sleep impacts on the cardiovascular system and immune system, which reduces 70% of immune cells. Long term sleep deprivation ( deprivation means lack of something) causes issues such as heart disease, depression, and, obesity ( obesity means overweight ). If we sleep only for 4-5 hours instead of 7-8 hours, you wake up every day with a headache and become hungry because we release more of the hormone ghrelin, which makes us hungry.

Health is an essential part of our life. First of all, you have to take care of your health, and the rest of the things will do later. However, we all know that health is very precious. Without proper fitness, you can’t do anything in this beautiful world. Even we can’t do communicate with someone in an appropriate manner.

Today especially in India, people suffer from different types of ailments. Because, some people don’t have knowledge which is good or bad for health. the majority of people don’t have money to take expensive services related to health. 

In 1946 WHO (world health organization) consider that health is a state of complete physical, mental and, social. Governments of India appoint environmental health professionals. These professionals aim to take care of an eatable, which is good or bad for peoples. These professionals also have a right to take any action against those peoples who sale expiry eatables in a market. These environmental professionals are also known as environmental health officers, inspectors, and, specialists.

Suggestions for making  good health.

 

1. DIET PLAN 

Firstly, you all have to make a diet plan and do exercise every early in the morning to maintain proper good health. 

 

2. LACK OF SLEEP 

An essential tip please don’t forget to sleep. Because a lack of sleep may lead to fatigue. An adult needs a rest of 7 to 9 hours.

 

3. SELF-CARE STRATEGIES 

You all must have to make self-care strategies. I mean to say you must have to  take care of your health. Because nobody pushes you to make good health and nobody knows how your health is going.

 

4. AVOID DRUGS 

I give fourth suggestion to all my loving readers, and please avoid a large number of drugs as much as you can. Today youngsters are engaged in drugs. Drugs have their pros and cons. When someone committed a large number of drugs, they can’t know what is right or what is worst for health. They only know how to inject drugs in a body. Drugs are consumed in Punjab. A large number of prescriptions has a terrible impact on your health. So, you must have to aware of the harmful effects of drugs. Most people consume drugs through injection, smoking, and ingestion.

 

5. MAKE YOGA AS A HABIT

6. MAKE YOUR ENVIRONMENT GOOD

Make your environment enjoyable as much as you can. Environment effects on our health. It all depends on which type of environment you can live in.
