Diet Plan

5:30 AM

6 AM

At 6 am, you must have one glass of warm water and, mix half lemon and, one tablespoon of honey in warm water. It is very beneficial for weight loss. You must have to remember don’t reheat this water. If you do this, it may kill some of the useful enzymes present in honey, toxins from your body and, clear your skin.

8 AM

At 8 am, you must have to drink tea with two low-fat biscuits. In tea, you must have to pour low-fat milk and, very less sugar. Instead of this tea, you also have to drink green tea, which has a very significant impact on your health. green tea also helps to digest your food.

10 AM

At 10 am, you have to start your breakfast with little eatables, just like Poha, Upma, Oats, Daliya or, even sandwiches. Remember you have to make a sandwich with brown bread, not with white bread because white bread has a very adverse effect on your health.

12 PM

At noon, you have to eat one bowl of fresh fruits. Except for a banana because it may include a fat. If you want to eat a banana, you can eat only a one piece of a banana, in a day. I recommend you to taste a banana because it contains fiber. Which is very beneficial for your health.

2 PM

( A )   At 2 pm, you have to do lunch. In lunch, you only eat sereals and, chapati. Along with your lunch, you can also eat salad. ( salad is a mixture of Cucumber, Tomatoes, Onion, and many more. ) must remember you have to eat cereal with less oil, and spices. And, you can also replace your chapati with one bowl of boiled rice or, brown rice.

( B )    If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can also add a little amount of non-veg in your lunch. In your lunch, you add 50 grams of chicken curry, 50 grams of fish curry, and you can also add egg curry.

After lunch, you can drink warm water with lemon. This warm water plays a very significant role in reducing your weight.

2:30 PM to 4:30 PM

Between this time, you have to eat ten pieces of almonds, Roasted chana ( pulses ) or, fruits also.

5 PM

At the evening you have to drink one cup of tea or coffee with a bowl of lotus seeds. Lotus seeds are known as a makhana. Low makhana is significant for weight loss.

8 PM

At 8 pm, you eat only lightweight dinner, which does not contain any fat. At dinner, you take a salad, khichdi, and curd. In this time you can also make soup with so many vegetables.

The best formula for weight loss is to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water in a single day.
